Oliver was born to Gage Snell and Tandi Peterson on July 1 and went home with his family that includes 3-year old sister, Luna. Just seven days later, he was back in the hospital; this time at Cooks Children's in Fort Worth.

    A Brisket plate fundraiser was held at 11:30 a.m. today in honor of Elias Stanke at the Girling Home Health Office. Elias, 14 years old, of Brownwood, was killed Wednesday, July 2, in an accident involving an off-road vehicle 20 miles southwest of Brady.
