Tristan Sudderth, the 26-year-old son of former 35th District Attorney Sky Sudderth, was booked into the Brown County Jail Monday on a charge of improper photography or visual recording.

City Marshal Dean Kilburn arrested Sudderth on a warrant stemming from a sealed indictment returned by the September session of the Brown County Grand Jury, jail records state.

Sudderth is free on $20,000 bond.

Sudderth is alleged in the indictment to have placed photos of two people on social media without their consent.

Others booked into the Brown County Jail between 8 a.m. Monday and 8 a.m. Tuesday were:

Stephanie Flores, 25, Brownwood, no driver's license.

Reynaldo Garza, 37, Early, driving with invalid license.

Christopher Monroe, 30, Abilene, driving with invalid license.

Brenda Pfaucht, 42, Brownwood, fraudulent possession of of a controlled substance prescription.

George Sikes, 50, Brownwood, indecency with a child (four counts).
