COLEMAN ? Funeral services for Jessie Mae Estes Mankins, 95, of Coleman will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, with Sam Wilson officiating, assisted by Bob Martin. Visitation will be from 2-3 p.m. Saturday at Stevens Funeral Home.

She died Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012, at Coleman County Medical Center.

She was born June 28, 1917, in Rockwood, to John Drury Estes and Molly Ann Burson Estes. On Feb. 24, 1934, she was married to Dee Mankins in Sipe Springs. She worked as the manager at Billís Dollar Store and also worked at Owl Drug Store. She was a member of the Elm Street Church of Christ.

Survivors include her two daughters, June Thompson of Coleman and Shirley Girdner of Tyler; son, Gaylon Mankins of Coleman; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and one sister-in-law, Faye Estes of Bellville.

She was preceded in death by her husband and three brothers.
