CISCO — The Bangs Lady Dragons left the Cisco basketball tournament with a 2-4 overall record after splitting their final two games Saturday.
Bangs began the day with a 44-27 victory over Odessa High.
The Lady Dragons led 13-6 after one quarter, 28-9 at halftime and 37-15 heading into the fourth period.
Charly Lipsey recorded 12 points followed by nine from Kady Kyle and eight from Rikki Loman.
The tournament ended with a 44-27 loss to host Cisco, who the Lady Dragons will face again Tuesday.
Bangs was down 15-0 after one quarter, 36-10 at halftime and 44-23 through three periods.
Raelee Francois finished with 11 points followed by 10 from Kinsie Ward.
“In the first game, we played really well coming off Friday’s loss,” said Bangs first-year head coach Niki Holt. “The second game, we played much closer than what the score shows. We had trouble making our open shots in the first half and could never make up the difference. Overall I was really happy with how we played today.”
