Oh, Christmas trees!
The Chatfield Assisted Living will be hosting their third annual Tour of Trees from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
“The number of trees have almost double from last year,” Suzanne Faircloth, marketing director at the Chatfield Assisted Living. “We want the tour to be something everyone recognizes and comes to enjoy.”
Along with the several Christmas trees placed around the facility, residents will be able to satisfy their sweet tooth with the dessert buffet and hot chocolate while taking the tour. Kathleen Fitzgerald will be back this year playing Christmas favorites on the piano.
This year, the Chatfield will have a special memorial tree that will be decorated with ornaments or photographs of the loved ones lost. Anyone can place a photograph or ornament on the tree.
“We would love to invite everyone to come by,” Christine Oliver said, executive director at The Chatfield Assisted Living.
