Juanita (Inglet) Crisp, 84, of Blake, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 24, 2013, with her family by her side at a local care center.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Higginbotham Funeral Chapel in Cross Plains, with Harold Watkins and wife, Mary Lou, officiating. Burial will follow in the Rising Star Cemetery.

She was born on July 19, 1928, in Blake to Z.B. and Lola E (Owens) Inglet. She was married to Clinton Crisp on Nov. 8, 1948, and they were married for 55 years.

She is survived by her two daughters, Debbie Williams and husband Bennie of San Angelo and Brenda Jowers and husband Jackie of Zephyr; one step-son, Donald Ray Crisp of Brownwood; four grandchildren, Craig Jowers of Brownwood, Stephanie Barr of Zephyr, Brandi Parson and husband Ben of San Angelo and Amanda Adams and husband Cory of San Angelo; eight grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; four sisters, Sue Barnes, Trisha Waddle, Fay Watts and Jean Ferrero; and two brothers, Bo Inglet and Mack Inglet.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clinton Crisp; two brothers; and four sisters.

The family would like to express heartfelt thanks to a special friend, Bridget Hinrichs, and all the employees of Sagecrest and Hospice of San Angelo.
