STEPHENVILLE — Services for Deana Ann Donohue, 55, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 31, 2013, at Lacy Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ken Lunsford officiating. Burial will follow at Erath Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Lacy Funeral Home. Arrangements are by Lacy Funeral Home.
Deana was born in Brownwood on Jan. 15, 1958 to Jack and Billie Drewry. She married Bill Donohue on Feb. 17, 1995, in Brownwood
She was the owner and founder of Never Too Old Horse Rescue, which was established in 1999.
Survivors include her husband, Bill Donohue of Stephenville; three daughters, Autumn Terry-Bowen and husband, Jared, of San Saba, Laura Donohue and husband, Rodney Markwardt of Engleside, and Laura Hancock and husband, Shawn, of Nashville, Tenn.; two sons, William Donohue and wife, Vanessa, of Richland Hills and Andrew Wheeler of Gustine; two sisters, Shannon Clements and husband, Ron, of Oakwood, Ga. and Shona Pinto and husband, Jim, of Gilmer; two brothers, Ted Drewry and wife, Cheryl, of Lubbock and Robert Gatewood and wife, Marilyn, of Temple; six grandchildren, Mekalia Terry, Addelyn Hancock, Aiden Hancock, Sarah Donohue, Cierra Donohue and Makenzie Donohue; and several nieces and nephews.
