Paul Everett Redinger, age 91, of the Williams Community, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2013, at his home.

Rosary services will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 29, at the Higginbotham Chapel in Cross Plains. The funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 30, at St. Mary's Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Brownwood. Internment will follow in the Rising Star Cemetery.

He was born in the family home on Oct. 1, 1922, in Burton, Kan., to John W. and Madeline (Wendling) Redinger. He was the youngest of six children.

Paul was married to Barbara Jean Clark on June 29, 1962, in Hobbs, N.M. He worked as an oil field pumper.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara of the home; his son, Michael Redinger of Rising Star; and two grandsons, Michael McCrae Redinger of Rising Star and Steven Paul Hudson of Early.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Therese Hudson; one sister; and four brothers.
