Sheriff's deputies are investigating break-ins of several mail boxes in the May Post Office, and a watch was taken from one of the boxes.
Deputy Byron Langley was dispatched to the post office Wednesday, where he was told someone had pried several mail boxes open.
In other incidents:
• Deputy Terry Sliter made a traffic stop Wednesday and arrested Ronnie Pena, 24, of Comanche, and Maria Ortiz, 26, of Coleman, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
• A woman told Brownwood police she believes her hex-husband is coming to her home in the 2200 block of Durham and taking items,
• Police took a report of a burglary in the 2400 block of 13th in which two televisions were taken.
