GOLDTHWAITE — Funeral services for Vivian William, 87, of Goldthwaite will be held at 10:30 p.m. Tuesday at Stacy-Wilkins Funeral Home, with Brother Doug Holtzclaw officiating. Burial will follow in Regency Cemetery.
She died Saturday, Feb. 22, 2014, in Goldthwaite.
She was born Nov. 9, 1926, in Dripping Spring, to Joseph Samuel McDonald and Sarah Ellen Virginia Meador McDonald. She was married to Wallace Lonnie Williams on Dec. 26, 1945, in Junction. She was the Director at Senior Care. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her children, Shirley Lee Williams of Goldthwaite, Barbara Dale Williams of Goldthwaite, Virginia Ann Major and husband Mark of Goldthwaite, Frances Kay Sheffield of Paragould, Ark., and Lonnie Rhesa Williams and wife Debbie of Goldthwaite; step-son, Mickey Gerald Williams of Paragould, Ark.; sisters, Pasty Mills of Fort Worth; 17 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her two sons, Joseph Walter Williams and Terry Gene Williams; and brother, Joseph S. “Buddy” McDonald.
