Saturday, January 27, 2007, 9AM to 12 NOON
Entries must be brought to the Depot Civic and Cultural Center.
Entries will be judged first for acceptance, then for awards.
Works not selected must be picked up between 4 and 5 PM on Saturday, January 27, 2007.
Accepted works must remain for the duration of the show.

ATTENTION! NEW RULES FOR ART SALES. ALL ART MUST BE FOR SALE. ALL SALES WILL BE HANDLED THROUGH THE ARTS COUNCIL OF BROWNWOOD. A 20% DONATION IS REQUIRED FOR SALES GENERATED BY THE EXHIBITION.
LIABILITYThe Stars of Texas, Arts Council of Brownwood, and the Depot Civic and Cultural Center assume no liability for loss or damage to works of art in this exhibition. Although utmost care will be taken to prevent damage, theft, or loss, there can be no guarantee. Entry in the show constitutes agreement with all conditions in this prospectus.

JANE ELLEN JARMAR FAIN
Stanley Irvin is currently Associate Professor of Art at St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas, where he is Director of the Fine Arts Exhibit Program, Art Area Coordinator, and teaches Art Exhibition Techniques as well as courses in sculpture and clay projects. He set up the ceramics program for the Austin Museum of Art and has been a member of the techinical staff for exhibit installations at the University of Texas Hunnington Art Museum. He regularly presents workshops in ceramics throughtout central Texas and has recently done workshops in photographing artwork and writing artist statements.
Irvin was elected to the Board of Directors of the Austin Visual Arts Association and is a member of the Texas Clay Art Association, the National Council on Education for Ceramic Arts and the American Crafts Council, and he has received advanced study grants from St. Edwards University and the Still Water Foundation. His work is shown in galleries and exhibitions throughout Texas. With an MFA in Studio Art from UT Austin, Irvin is a popular juror for competitions of both two and three dimensional art.
