Colby Hatchett of Fort Worth, son of Chris and Stacie Hatchett of Fort Worth, and Makenlee Moore of Brownwood, daughter of Mitch and Julie Moore of Brownwood, were united in marriage at 5 p.m. Dec. 18, 2016 at The Depot Civic and Cultural Center in Brownwood.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
The bride's attendants included maid of honor Mabree Moore of Brownwood, sister of the bride; Karlie Duke of Fort Worth, sister of the groom; Amy White of Abilene, college friend; Sarah Hendrix of Abilene, college friend; Breanna Stone of Fort Worth, college friend; Madeline Orr of Fort Worth, college friend; Randi Mavroulis of Saginaw, college friend; and Caitlyn Cloy, Jordan Cavitt and Courtney Munson, all high school friends from Brownwood.
The groom's attendants included best man Caleb Hatchett of Fort Worth, brother of the groom; Josh Duke of Arlington, brother-in-law of the groom; McLane Moore of Brownwood, brother of the bride; Matt Atchley of Fort Worth, high school/college friend; Cade Stone of Fort Worth, high school/college friend; Hayden Smily of Fort Worth, high school/college friend; Nate Nicholson of Fort Worth, college friend; Cole McClellan of Allen, college friend; Andrew Hart of Fort Worth, high school/college friend; and Drew Ritchie of Lake Jackson, college friend.
A reception was held following the ceremony at The Depot.
The bride is a graduate of Brownwood High School and Abilene Christian University and currently works for Northwest ISD.
The groom is a graduate of Fort Worth Christian School and Abilene Christian University.
The couple honeymooned in Sun Valley, Idaho to ski and enjoy the snow.
The couple will be moving to Longview in June where Colby will be going into business with a relative who owns Zippy J convenient stores and Gateway truck stops and a few restaurant chains.
