The Brown County Water Improvement District board of directors meets at 4 p.m. Tuesday June 13, in the Water District office, 501 E. Baker, Brownwood.
    1. Call to Order;
    2. Pledge of Allegiance;
    3. Invocation;
    4. Approval of Minutes of meetings held in May of 2017;
    6. Approval of claims and accounts report;
    7. Approval of investment and financial reports;
    8. Citizens Presentations: Any citizen desiring to address the Board of Directors regarding a matter not included on agenda may do so at this time.  The Board of Directors may not deliberate on items presented under this agenda item.  To comply with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, the Board of Directors respectfully requests that prior to addressing the Board, each person submit a citizens presentation form located at the entrance lobby, stating your name, address and topic of presentation. All
presentations are limited to five (5) minutes time limit;
    9. Discuss and take necessary action regarding agreement with Vivian Auldridge regarding restrictions on her rental property at Peninsula Subdivision;
    10. Approve a Fireworks Permit for Brad Tyson of Wild Duck Marina on Little Crappie Island on Saturday July 1, 2017;
    11. Discuss and take necessary action regarding closing the District's microfiltration construction account in the amount of $460,000 and approve the transfer of these funds back into the District's Maintenance and Operation account;
    12. Discuss and take necessary action regarding the minimum requirements for dock construction within the District's rules and regulations for docks at Lake Brownwood;
    13. Adjournment.
