Former Brownwood Lions soccer head coach Blake Danaher was indicted on two counts of improper relationship between an educator and student by the Brown County Grand Jury during its June session, according to the office of District Attorney Micheal Murray.

Danaher, 31, turned himself in at the Brown County Jail on Feb. 8, 2017 on an arrest warrant alleging he had an “improper relationship” with a high school student during the 2013-14 school year.

The student in the alleged relationship graduated in 2014, and Danaher resigned Feb. 1.

Police said they obtained an arrest warrant charging Danaher with improper relationship between an educator/student. The offense is a second degree felony with a sentencing range of two to 20 years in prison, police said.

Forty true bills were returned against 35 persons by the Brown County Grand Jury. Additional indictments include:

• Angel Vanessa Arenas: possession of a controlled substance – drug free zone; tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.

• Bulafae Jennifer Dawn Hollis: possession of a controlled substance – drug free zone.

• Jose Luis Rodriguez: driving while intoxicated, repeat offender.

• Crystal Marie Chapa: aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

• Victor Leos Baza: possession of a controlled substance.

• John Michael Yensel: possession of a controlled substance.

• Isidoro Mendez Jr.: possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, repeat offender; unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, repeat offender.

• Nicholas Daniel Sullivant: possession of a controlled substance.

• Kevin Stuart Powell: driving while intoxicated, repeat offender.

• Eliseo Gomez Alvarado: possession of a controlled substance.

• Miguel Angiano-Flores: possession of a controlled substance.

• Cody Jordan Adamec: possession of a controlled substance.

• Michele Renee Gillespie: possession of a controlled substance; tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.

• Larry James Bryant: tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.

• Jimmy Doyle Wiley: possession of a controlled substance, state jail felony enhancement

• Jason Lewis Brewer: possession of a controlled substance; evading arrest
