A parolee is going back to prison after pleading guilty in 35th District Court to possession of a controlled substance and evidence tampering.
    District Judge Steve Ellis sentenced Richard Ramos, 38, of Brownwood, after Ramos entered guilty pleas, according to information from District Attorney Micheal Murray’s office.
    Ramos was one of three people in a car stopped by deputies in May, sheriff’s officials said earlier. Deputies found methamphetamine and a pistol.
    Ramos had been convicted of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance in Travis County in 2014, the indictment against Ramos states.

    Sean Thomas Fuller, on probation for possession of a controlled substance, was revoked and sentenced to two years in prison.
    Colbert Leonard, on probation for possession of marijuana, was revoked and sentenced to nine months in state jail.
    Tommy Edward Campbell Jr. pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 12 months in state jail.
    Sarah Neuse, on probation for possession of a controlled substance, wad adjudicated and sentenced to 12 months in state jail.
    David Hernandez, on probation for delivery of marijuana, was adjudicated and sentenced to seven months in state jail.
    Norma Mendez pleaded no contest to DWI with child passenger and was sentenced to 12 months in state jail.
    William Michael Benton pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of firearm by felon and was sentenced to six years in prison.
    James Anthony Bilberry pleaded no contest to burglary of a habitation and was sentenced to six years in prison.
    Michael Joe Somerville pleaded guilty to burglary of a building and was sentenced to 12 months in state jail.
    Caleb Shane Johnson, on probation for possession of a controlled substance drug free zone, was adjudicated and sentenced to two years in prison.
    Peter Adrian Solis Jr., on probation for possession of a controlled substance, was adjudicated and sentence to 12 months in state jail.
