Bulletin Staff Report

Commissioners will hear a clarification on the county burn ban from Brown County Fire Marshal Onie Carroll at this morning’s regular meeting.

The court will convene at 9 a.m. in the Brown County Commissioners’ courtroom on the main floor of the Brown County Courthouse.

The agenda is fairly short and includes three items from the Brown County Sheriff’s Office. Those include:

Approval to purchase a restraint chair; Request approval of Attorney General Grant; Approval of State Criminal Alien Assistance Program as introduced at the Nov. 19 court meeting.

In other business, County Auditor Nina Cox will open bids for electrical service and Precinct 4 County Commis-sioner Larry Traweek will ask the court’s permission to “close a small spur off High Top Road” in that precinct.
