City Marshal Dean Kilburn arrested a woman on a charge of hindering apprehension after he went to the Woodland Crest Apartments, 3711 Savoy, to serve city warrants.
Kilburn was searching for Jamie Fulton, 20, Kilburn’s report states.
Christina Ghivizzani, 21, allowed him inside her apartment and closed a bedroom door, saying her sister was in bed with her boyfriend. Kilburn looked around the living room and kitchen, thanked Ghivizzani and left.
Someone told Kilburn later that Fulton had been in the apartment earlier, Kilburn’s report states.
Kilburn went back to the apartment and told Ghivizzani to get her sister, who by this time was in the shower. Kilburn determined that the woman who got out of the shower, wrapped in a towel, was Fulton.
Kilburn told Fulton to get dressed, and he arrested both women.
