Kristin Beelby

Queen Candidate

The daughter of Rick and Yvonneke Beelby of Brownwood, Kristin Beelby has been a member of The Heartland Belles Dance Team, EHS Student Council, Key Club, and FCA throughout high school, and she was inducted into NHS and International Thespian Society last year.

She ran varsity cross country her ninth and 10th grade years, and has participated in pole vault all four years.

A member of Coggin Avenue Baptist Church, Kristin is very active in her youth group, she volunteers at the Angel Food Ministries and repairs houses with Project Sweat. Last year, Kristin joined a mission trip to Germany. Kristin will be escorted by Chandler Childs at the pep rally, and by her father, Rick Beelby, Friday night.

Tonie Contreras

Queen Candidate

The daughter of Gilbert and Josie Contreras of Early, Tonie Contreras has been a member of Key Club, concert choir, EHS Student Council and the Heartland Mall Teen Board. She has danced with The Heartland Belles Dance Team, played softball, performed in the musicals “Oklahoma” and “Cinderella” and served as a class officer her junior year.

Tonie was chosen MVP for varsity softball her sophomore year and joined NHS and the Early Chamber of Commerce as a junior ambassador her junior year. This year she is co-captain of the EHS Varsity Cheerleaders and student council publicist.

She is a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Tonie will be escorted by Tanner Brown at the pep-rally, and by her father, Gilbert Contreras, Friday night.

Viviana Martinez

Queen Candidate

The daughter of Rosa and Jesse Martinez of Bangs, Viviana Martinez, has been very active in band for all four years of high school.

She was awarded the “Most Musical Freshman” and “Most Musical Sophomore” titles her ninth and 10th grade years, respectively. During her 11th grade year, Viviana was drum major for the EHS Marching Band, was selected to All-Region Band and received the John Phillip Sousa Award.

This year, Viviana continues as drum major. She was Outstanding Social Studies Student and class duchess her 10th grade year. She has maintained an A/B average throughout high school, and is a member of NHS.

Viviana has been a deejay for her church’s radio station, participated in missionary trips to Mexico, and continues to serve as a translator for her church.

She is a member of Praise and Worship Center of Brownwood. Viviana will be escorted by Aaron Inman at the pep rally, and by her father, Jesse Martinez, Friday night.

Sarah Russell

Queen Candidate

The daughter of Gene and Shawn Russell of Early, Sarah has participated in FFA, EHS Student Council and Key Club, and has danced with The Heartland Belles Dance Team for all four years of high school.

She ran cross country and track her ninth grade year, and has concentrated on basketball and varsity softball for the past three years. She was awarded second team All District honors in softball her sophomore year, and received Honorable Mention in softball her junior year. Last year, Sarah was inducted into NHS and was chosen Junior Duchess.

A member of Early First Baptist Church, she is active in her youth group and has served as a nursery worker, worked Mission Arlington and, last summer, she joined the mission trip to Germany.

She will be escorted by Mitchell Bailey at the pep rally, and by her father, Gene Russell, Friday night.

Breanne Schroeder

Queen Candidate

The daughter of Glenn and Cathi Schroeder of Brownwood, Breanne Schroeder participated in Key Club, played tennis and was a Brownwood Reunion volunteer during her freshman year.

In her sophomore and junior years, Breanne joined the EHS student council, the Weather Watcher’s Club and the yearbook committee and was selected to receive the outstanding English III award. Breanne stays active with the Heartland Mall Teen Board and dances with The Heartland Belles Dance Team. She attends Early First Baptist Church.

Breanne will be escorted by Karlton Keesee at the pep rally, and by her father, Glenn Schroeder, Friday night.
