Bulletin staff report

Several felony cases were heard recently in 35th District Court. According to information from District Attorney Micheal Murray’s office:

Carey Darden pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

Nigel Andre Johnson, on probation for delivery of a controlled substance in a drug free zone and assault family violence enhanced, was revoked and sentenced to 10 years in prison in each case.

Matthew O’Neal Harris, on probation for possession of marijuana, was revoked and sentenced to 16 months in state jail.

Shawna Lynn Wade, on probation for possession of a controlled substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to 15 months in state jail.

Richard Gonzales Torres, on probation for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, was adjudicated and sentenced to 15 months in state jail.

Adam Wayne Emerson, on probation for possession of a controlled substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to 15 months in state jail.

George Lee Urrutia pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was sentenced to 14 months in state jail.

Lisa Lee Lockhart, on probation for possession of a controlled substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to 12 months in state jail.
