A 68-year-old Brownwood man was indicted following allegations that he threatened two other men with a rifle.

The December session of the Brown County Grand Jury returned two indictments for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon against Juan Alberto Villalovos.

Villalovos was arrested Oct. 20 and is free on bonds totaling $100,000, Brown County Jail records state.

Two men, ages 62 and 40, told police a man had pointed a rifle at them in the roadside park in the 500 block of East Commerce and threatened to kill them. One of the men said the incident was a continuation of a dispute over a pizza that began the previous night.

Also indicted, according to 35th District Court records, were:

Geoffrey Scott Whitaker, burglary of a building (two indictments), theft

Charles Robert Bennie, burglary of a building.

Merlin Kevin Hutchins, driving while intoxicated.

Michael Edmundo Zimmer, driving while intoxicated.

Jessie Earl Snyder, unlawful possession of firearm by felon.

Adrianna Marina Carrillo, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, endangering a child.

Uriel Stephen Ramirez, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, endangering a child.

Polly Arlee Ledlow, possession of a controlled substance.

Vincent Hugh Monson, possession of a controlled substance.

Trisha Dawn Burns, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
