Brownwood City Council members will consider approving an amendment Tuesday to a lease agreement that would give the Gordon Wood Hall of Champions additional space.
The lease agreement is between the city and Gordon Wood Hall of Champions Inc. The current lease is for two rooms on the second floor of the Harvey House. The Gordon Wood Hall of Champions Inc. is requesting to lease additional space on the second floor that was previously used as the conference room for the Brownwood Economic Development Corp.
The city and the Hall of Champions entered into a lease agreement in January 2006.
The council meets at 9 a.m. in the council chambers at City Hall. The entire agenda follows:
