A celebration of life for Wallace Anthony, of Richland Springs, will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, July 27 at Shiloh Bible Church near Richland Springs. Heartland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

He died Sunday, July 23, 2017

He was born in Sonora on Oct. 30, 1940 to Walter and Mary Anthony. He married his wife, Christine, on July 23, 1960.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father; sister-in-law, Helen Anthony; and son-in-law, Mike Boatright.

Survivors include his wife, Christine; daughters, Judy Reneau and her husband Tim Reneau of Richland Springs, Janet Boatright of Richland Springs; brother, Orville Anthony of Lake Charles La.; sister, Nancy Frerich and her husband Tony Frerich of Brackettville; grandchildren, Katy Shanklin and her husband Asa of Rocksprings, Tell Churchill of Fort Cobb, Oklahoma, J'Lee Boatright of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Haley Boatright of Richland Springs; great-grandchildren, Saige Clarice Shanklin and Azlyn Lillie Shanklin of Rocksprings, Gentry Tell Churchill of Fort Cobb, Oklahoma, and Bailey Rose Boatright of Oklahoma City; and brother and sister-in-law Bobby and Sue Smith of Ovalo.
