COMANCHE — Graveside services for Malcom Junior Williams, 87, will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 19 at Erath Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Erath County with Bro. Gerald Burns officiating. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 18 at Comanche Funeral Home.

He died Friday, Sept. 15, 2017 in Early.

He was born on May 21, 1930 in Salina, Kansas to Malcom Bunion and Nettie (Smith) Williams. On June 1, 1984, he married LaNell (Westmoreland) Shaw in Austin. He joined the Marines and fought in the Korean War from 1948 to 1952 and was discharged as a Sergeant.

Survivors include his wife, LaNell, of Comanche; two daughters, Jana Sue and Kenny Hughes of Hobbs, New Mexico and Tresa Dee and Dennis Hart of Seagraves; two step-daughters, Carma Adcock of Comanche and Tina and Glenn Ross of Austin; stepson, James Adcock and Twila of Gustine; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Lou Murphy of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; brother-in-law, Orman Gabhart of Corpus Christi; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister Margaret Gabhart; and a niece, Donna Rasberry.
