BRADY — Graveside services for Syble Stoepler, 100, of Eden, will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Eden Cemetery in Eden. Leatherwood Memorial Chapels of Brady is in charge of arrangements.

She died Monday, May 7 in Brady.

She was born Sept. 17, 1917 in Oklahoma to Walter Alvin Belk and Gracie (Young) Belk. She married George Richard Stoepler in San Marcos in 1936.

Survivors include daughters, Anna Idell (Stoepler) DeSoto and husband Benjamin of Waco, and Annette (Stoepler) Melcer of Brady; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband; three sisters; one brother; one son-in-law; and one great-grandchild.
