SANTA ANNA — James W. Lewis, 77, of Santa Anna, died Wednesday, Dec. 1, at Hendrick Memorial Hospital. His body will be cremated with family services, under the direction of Henderson Funeral Home.

    He was born April 22, 1933, in Ballinger, to James and Mary Wheeler Lewis. In 1957 he was married to Marcia Killmer in Port Townsend, Wash. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict. He retired in 1989 as a boiler mechanic with a paper mill in Port Townsend, Wash.

    Survivors include his two daughters, Rachel Runfola of  Tulsa, Okla., and Tana Martin of Port Hadlock, Wash.; son, Matthew Lewis of Port Townsend, Wash.; sister, Rose Sauers of San Angelo; brother, Elmer Lewis of Everett, Wash.; two grandchildren; two sisters; three brothers; and a grandson.
