COMANCHE — Graveside services for Edith C. Webb, 101, of Comanche will be at 11 a.m., Friday, July 25, 2008, at Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery in Midland, Texas, with Comanche Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

She died Sunday, July 20, 2008, at her residence in Comanche.

She was born on Jan. 22, 1907, in Dighton, Kan. to Marcus F. Coberly and Eliza J. “Meranda” Coberly. She was a homemaker, a member of Central Christian Church in Comanche and the Fort Worth Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution. She was married to Charles Richard Webb on Aug. 25, 1929, in Dighton, Kan.

She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Shirley and Hoyt Dowdey of Comanche, and Nancy and John Klingler of Sugerland; five grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband; one grandson; three brothers; and one sister.
