CLIFTON - Funeral services for the Rev. James “Jim” K. Holloway, 70, of Clifton will be held at The Grand Old Gospel Lighthouse Church in Clifton. Viewing will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 5, with the celebration of life service beginning at 11 a.m. Burial and graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 6, in the Clear Creek Cemetery in Brownwood.
Arrangements are by Clifton Funeral Home.
He died Thursday Oct. 2, 2008, at the VA Hospital in Temple.
He was born Aug. 30, 1938, in Spur. He was a pastor of Grand Old Gospel Lighthouse Church in Clifton, and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
Survivors include his wife, Pauline Holloway; sons, James D. Holloway, Bob Holloway and wife Lisa, Billy Holloway and wife Sunni, and Alex Holloway; daughters, Dawn Gibson and husband Michael, Anissa Weekley and husband Kevin; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
