CLYDE – Harley Lee Ingram, 65, of Clyde, died Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2009 at an Abilene Care Center.
Memorial services will be Saturday, Dec. 19, 2009 at 11 a.m. at the Bible Baptist Church in Clyde with Bro. Larry Hooper and Bro. Dave Hulsey officiating under the direction of Bailey-Howard Funeral Home.
Harley was born October 24, 1944 in Haskell to James Henry and Mabel Ann (Keel) Ingram. He is a 1963 graduate of May High School. He married Etta Lou Fry on March 26, 1965 in Brownwood. They came to Clyde from Brownwood in 1991. He was a used car dealer for 43 years having sold cars in Brownwood and Abilene. He also worked for the City of Brownwood as a firefighter for nine years. He was a member of the Bible Baptist Church in Clyde.
He is survived by his wife, Etta Lou of Clyde; one son, Lee and his wife, Debbie Ingram of Clyde; one daughter, Shannon and her husband David Saucillo of Pasadena; his mother, Mabel Ann Ingram of May; two sisters, Lanette Chupp of DeLeon and Sue Jackson and husband James of May; seven grandchildren, Stephen Ingram, Trisha Ingram, Blake Saucillo, Brenden Saucillo, Lacey Castille, Jerika Harwell, and Brayden Shockley; two great grandchildren, Hailey and Everett.
He is preceded in death by his father, one brother, and two sisters.
