Judith A. Kincheloe, 67, of Comanche died Sunday morning at her home following a short illness.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday at the Eastside Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Comanche County Garden of Memories Cemetery under the direction of Heartland Funeral Home of Comanche. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.

She was born March 1, 1941, in Norfork, Va. She was a nurse and also worked with her husband as owners of Kincheloe Construction. She had been a resident of Comanche since 1996 and was a member of the Eastside Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Bill Kincheloe of Comanche; three sons, Bill Kincheloe Jr. of Brownwood, Jay Summerlin of Houston and Jeffrey Summerlin of Cottage Grove, Ore.; three daughters, Valerie Akinfolajimi of Arlington, Vickie Redman of Redburg, Ore., and Jennifer Summerlin and Jeannine Caldwell, both of Houston; two sisters; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren also survive.
