JUNCTION — Bernove “Bernie” Lombrano, 50, of Junction, died Monday, Sept. 3, 2007, at Kimble Hospital following a sudden illness.

Mr. Lombrano was born Aug. 15, 1957, in Junction to Clara Condarco Lombrano and David Lombrano Sr. A lifelong resident of Junction, Bernie was also a lifelong rancher and cowboy.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 7, at Little Mexico Cemetery in Junction with the Rev. Mike Henderson officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Graham Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Gloria Lombrano of Junction; a daughter, Bernadette Lombrano of Abilene; son, Moses Tovar of Stephenville; a stepdaughter, Cynthia Guthrie and husband, Aubrey, of Brownwood; and three stepsons, Corney Correa and wife, Crystal, of Abilene, Gregory Garcia of Junction and Gabriel Garcia of Abilene.

Bernie loved his family, he loved his life as a cowboy, he loved his horse “Pancho” and he loved the country way of life.
