Betty Lipsey, age 80, of Lake Brownwood, died Saturday, Dec. 8, 2007, at her home.
Memorial services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, 2007, at Heartland Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Benny M. Allcorn officiating. The body will be cremated under the direction of Heartland Funeral Home.
Betty Frank was born June 18, 1927, in Alexandria, La., the daughter of the late William C. and Edna Walden Frank. Betty painted in her younger years. She enjoyed going and setting up at flea markets. Betty had a beautiful voice. She was a LVN in Kermit, a member of Northside Baptist Church in Kermit and a longtime resident of Lake Brownwood.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Deana and James Davis of Lake Brownwood; her sons and daughters-in-law, Joe and Diana Fearn of Kermit, and Jerry and Nancy Fearn of Austin; her brother, Howard Frank of Hobbs, N.M.; her sister, Margaret McJimsey of Breckenridge; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dale Lipsey; son, Donald Fearn; and brothers, Fredrick Frank and Billy Frank.
