EASTLAND — Lola Hageman of Stephenville, formerly of Rising Star, died Thursday in Stephenville.
Graveside services will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Eastland City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday before the service at Edwards Funeral Home in Eastland.
She was born Sept. 3, 1920, in Okra, Texas, to Thomas Edgar Grisham and Maggie Bell (Jones) Grisham. She was raised in the Okra and Rising Star communities. She married Leonard Ed Hageman, who preceded her in death in 1983. She worked as a bookkeeper for H&R Lumber Company. She was a member of Okra Baptist Church and attended Calvary Baptist while in Eastland. After her retirement, she moved to Rising Star.
She is survived by a daughter, Shirley Sims and husband Arliss of Dublin, Texas; three grandsons, Mike Adams and wife Janice, and Johnny Adams, all of Albuquerque, N.M., and Jimmy Adams of Austin; two granddaughters, Rachel and Claire Adams of Albuquerque; a sister, Peggy Winfrey and husband Glenn of Cross Plains; three sisters-in-law, Juanita Grisham Gann of Eastland, Charlene Grisham of Abilene and Eula Grisham of Rising Star; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by four brothers; J.W., Tom, Ray and Eddie Grisham; a sister, Maxine Crisp; and her husband, Leonard Hageman.
