BRADY — Funeral services for Zoila H. Perez, 92, of Brady will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 4, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Brady with burial to be in Melvin Cemetery. Rosary will be at 7 p.m. today at Leatherwood Memorial Chapels.

She died Sunday, June 1, 2008, in Brownwood.

She was born June 27, 1915, in Del Rio to Jose L. and Luca (Garza) DeHoyos. She was married to Gilberto N. Perez on Aug. 14, 1933, in Melvin. She was a homemaker, a member of St. Francis Catholic Church in Melvin and lived in the area most of her life.

Survivors include four sons, Ruben Perez and wife Ofelia of Arlington, Rogelio Perez and wife Minerva of Bangs, Gilberto Perez Jr. and wife Dee of Benbrook and Arturo Perez of Bangs; two daughters, Rebecca Salzetti and husband Jim of Los Angeles, Calif., and Olga P. Sandoval of Manor; two brothers, Leoncio DeHoyos and Eloy DeHoyos, both of San Antonio; 31 grandchildren; 60 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and a daughter, Teresa P. Flores.
