Tom spent 40 years of his working life as one of the top lithographers in the trade in Milwaukee, Wis. In 2004, he and his wife Joann became "honorary" Texans when they embarked on their journey south for their retirement. Tom continued to work after retirement at Tractor Supply. He enjoyed his coworkers, the customers, but especially the weather.
He had a special soft-spot for animals, especially those who were neglected or forgotten, and he and Joann collected quite an assortment of strays over the years.
His family looks forward with much anticipation for a grand reunion when the Lord calls them home to be with Tom.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and will be announced.
His body was cremated under the direction of Heartland Funeral Home of Early. Friends and family are encouraged to sign the guestbook at www.heartlandfuneralhome.net.
