BRADY — Funeral services for Glen Edward Dye, 78, of Brady are pending at Leatherwood Memorial Chapels.
He died Tuesday, April 20, 2010, in Brady.
He was born April 24, 1931, in Missouri, to Glen Dye and Loma (Kilgore) Dye. He was married to Helen Frances Coleman on July 31, 1954, in Washington, D.C. He was a retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant. He did oil field work for many years in Saudi Arabia, Peru, Gulf of Thailand. He was a heavy equipment mechanic for several years. He was a Christian.
Survivors include his daughters, Mary Beals of Abilene, Charlotte Hiltbrunner of Brady, and Glenna Dye of Wolcott, N.Y.; companion, Marie Foster; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Dye.
