SAN SABA — Graveside services for Lois Oliver Peterson, 92, a resident of Roseville, Calif., for the last year, will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 23, at Harmony Ridge Cemetery with the Rev. Joshua Crutchfield officiating.
The family will receive friends from noon to 1 p.m. Friday at the Howell-Doran Funeral Home in San Saba.
She died Thursday, Nov. 15, 2007, in Roseville.
She was born Dec. 18, 1914, in San Saba, the daughter of Andrew Todd and Addie Mobley Todd. She was married to James Floyd Oliver in June 1937 in Brownwood. He preceded her in death in November 1964. She was married to Richard Peterson in November 1964 in Austin. He preceded her in death in September 2000. Before moving to California, she worked as a clerk for the Texas Department of Transportation. She also attended the First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Jayme Gunter and her husband Tom of Orangevale, Calif.; six grandchildren;, eight great-grandchildren; one sister, Hazel Bogard of San Saba; and one sister-in-law, Susan Oliver.
She was preceded in death by both of her husbands; and one son, Todd Oliver.
