Louie Rojas Sr., 59, died Monday, May 25, 2009. He served his country for 41 years in the United States Army and the United States Air Force. Louie was a published author and musician during his military career. He was preceded in death by his parents, Trinidad and Victoria Rojas. He is survived by his wife, Judith Lee Rojas and her six children; his former wife, Kathleen Rojas and their children; Julia Ann Lopez, Louie Rojas Jr., Elizabeth Marie Menchaca and Michael Rojas; brothers, Paul Rojas, George Rojas, Edward Rojas and Trinidad Rojas Jr.; his twin sister, Lucy Casares and his sister Diana Rojas; grandchildren, Samantha Josephine Lopez and Zoe Alexis Rojas.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 3, 2009, at Porter Loring, 1101 McCullough in San Antonio. Rosary will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 3, at Porter Loring Chapel. Mass will be at 9 a.m. Thursday, June 4, at St. Gerardís Catholic Church, 1617 Iowa, in San Antonio. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
