BRADY - Funeral services for Frank Garza, 95, of Brady will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 7, at St. Patrick's Church in Brady. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 pm. And Rosary at 7 p.m. Wednesday, at Leatherwood Memorial Chapels.

He died Monday, Sept. 5, 2011, in Brady.

He was born July 16, 1916, in Brady, to Valentin Garza and Rita (Constanuela) Garza. He was married to Natividad Hernandez on May 28, 1945, in Brady. He worked as a custodian for BISD and was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church. He was a U.S. Army World War II Veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Natividad Garza of Brady; sons, Martin Garza of Brady, Revnaldo Garza and wife Janie of Brady, Francisco Garza Jr. and wife Delores of Hellotis, David Garza and wife Mary Lou of Brady, Alonzo Garza and wife Melinda of Schertz, Jesse Garza and companion Tracy Cardenas of May, Rubin Garza and wife Rosa of Forth Worth, Daniel Garza and wife Celeste of Fort Worth, and Raymond Garza of Fort Worth; daughter, Belinda Garza of Fort Worth; brother, Manuel Garza of San Antonio; 16 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Francisca Camargo.
