COLEMAN ó Funeral services for Edna Mae Dunnam Bunt, 91 of Coleman, will be at 11 a.m. today at Henderson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Kermit Sorrells officiating. Burial will follow at 3:30 p.m. at Squaw Creek Cemetery in Rainbow.

She died Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2007, at Holiday Hill Nursing Home.

She was born Feb. 21, 1916, in Houston County to Andrew Burnydot and Minnie Ann Brown Dunnam. She graduated from Snyder High School and attended Texas Weslyan College. She was married to Little Joe Bunt on May 15, 1938, in Fort Worth. He died in 1993. She has been a resident of Coleman since 1962 where she was a member of the First Baptist Church. She was a charter member of the Coleman Aviation Club, member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Friends of the Library and a charter member on the board of directors of Colemanís Meals on Wheels. She had retired in 1981 from the State of Texas where she worked as a social worker.

Survivors include two daughters, Vanita and husband Junious Arrant of Monroe, and

Diana Sue and husband Richard Garai of Lewiston, Idaho; a daughter-in-law, Vicki Bunt of Waco; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by a son, Joe Monroe Bunt, in 2007.
