To the editor:
Approximately two or three weeks ago, I was preparing to cook for a deer hunt. After buying groceries at Wal-Mart and making a stop at a convenience store, I noticed I had lost my bank bag that contained approximately $72 and receipts of what I had bought for the hunt. This was not mine, for it belonged to the rancher for whom I was cooking. I told him and really never expected to see it again, especially with the money in the bag. Later I received a call from the police asking me to identify something I had lost. It took me a few seconds to remember the bag. Hats off to the Wal-Mart associate who found it and turned it in to Wal-Mart authorities. I am glad to know that in spite of all the bad in this world we still have people who do the right thing!
