To the editor:

For many of us homebound people and senior citizens, the cable is most important. We rely on it for our state and world news, as well as a source of entertainment. We pay our premiums, therefore, we expect quality service.

However, much of the time there is no picture or sound on the cable.

Should not your number one goal be satisfied customers?

What can you do about this?
