Local law enforcement agencies reported the following probable cause arrests, according to police and Brown County Jail records:

Brownwood officer Kevin Ard was dispatched to the 2200 block of Indian Creek at 10 p.m. Sunday on a report of a vehicle accident. The driver was suspected of being intoxicated and taken to Brownwood Regional Medical Center for a blood draw. He was released from custody pending charges because he was being evaluated for possible injuries.

Ard made a traffic stop at in the 800 block of North Fisk at 11:25 p.m. Saturday. Ard arrested Brandi Watson, 27, of Brownwood, on a DWI charge and took her to BRMC for a blood draw.

Officer Brandon Johnson was parked in the 600 block of Fisk at 12:05 a.m. Saturday watching traffic. Johnson saw a 1968 Ford truck leave a bar parking lot and accelerate to high speed. Johnson followed the truck and saw the driver turn right at the stop sign at Fisk and Main without signaling. Johnson made a traffic stop in the 400 block of West Commerce and arrested Jeffrey Canada, 38, of Brownwood, on a DWI charge.

Officer Anna Sturgeon made a traffic stop at 12:53 a.m. Saturday and arrested Joe Moseley, 32, of Brownwood, on a DWI charge.

Officer Joe Thomas was dispatched to the 800 block of West Commerce on a report of the theft of a 16-foot flatbed trailer.

Thomas was dispatched to the 2500 block of Hillsboro at 10:42 a.m. Sunday on a domestic disturbance. A female said she was assaulted by two other females.

Ard was dispatched Saturday to the Allsup's store at 518 W. Commerce on a report of the theft of $67 worth of fuel.

Officer Dustin Bode was dispatched Friday to Festival Park on Milam Drive on a report that a driver was "mudding" and got stuck in a field. A suspect was identified and released.

Bode was dispatched at 1:14 p.m. Friday to the Law Enforcement Center, where he took a report on a hit-and-run in the 100 block of South Park.

Thomas was dispatched Friday to the 1800 block of Durham on a report that someone broke out a window in a home.

Thomas was dispatched at 12:23 a.m. Saturday, where a woman said she'd been struck by a vehicle about two hours earlier on Vine. She sustained minor injuries.

Officer Robert Lee made a traffic stop at 10:50 p.m. Saturday and arrested Danny Diaz, 30, of Brownwood on a charge of driving with an invalid license.

Officer Brandon Miller was dispatched at 5:57 p.m. Friday to Depot Liquor, 1001 Vine, on a report that someone had stolen a bottle of liquor and returned it to the owner. Miller arrested Joe Cadena Jr., 42, Todd Turner, 33, and Johnny Williamson, 23, all of Brownwood, on charges of engaging in organized criminal activity and public intoxication.

Miller arrested Martin Mindieta, 48, of Brownwood, on a charge of DWI third.

Lee was dispatched Friday to the to the 400 block of West Lee, where a woman said she could not locate her prescription medication.

Officer Jayme Bowman was patrolling Saturday in the 1200 block of Roselawn when he saw a Land Rover with an unknown substance on one side. Bowman contacted the owner, who said items had been thrown at the vehicle for quite some time.

Lee was dispatched at 2:59 a.m. Sunday to Kroger on a report that a windshield and rear window had been broken out of a vehicle. The damage occurred while the vehicle was parked at a residence near Texas State Technical College. The owner said she moved the vehicle because she was at a party and did not want the police at the residence. The owner named a possible suspect and said the damage could have been done in relation to an incident the previous night.

Lee was dispatched at 3:50 a.m. Friday to the 1000 block of 11th, where a woman said her wallet with $400 was stolen. She named a possible suspect.

Lee made a traffic stop Saturday in the 900 block of Center and arrested Glenna Dudley, 51, of Brownwood, on a charge of driving with an invalid license.

Deputy Terry Sliter checked on a vehicle parked behind the Taylor Chevron store, 528 W. Commerce, at 1:55 a.m. Friday. The store was closed and Sliter checked on the vehicle because of the possibility of a burglary in progress. There was no burglary, but Sliter arrested the man in the driver's seat, Bobbie Hamlett, 28, of Brookesmith, on a public intoxication charge. The driver told Sliter he and his girlfriend had been arguing and drinking beer and he had nowhere to go for the night.

Department of Public Safety trooper Michael Sams arrested William Benton, 48, of Bangs, on charges of DWI second, unlawfully carrying a weapon and parole violation.

Sams arrested Justin Duncan, 22, of Cleburne, on a DWI charge.

Sams arrested Dangelo Perea, 19, of Abilene, on a charge of possession of marijuana under 2 ounces.

Early officer Steven Means arrested Jeremy Bicknell, 27, of Brownwood, on a DWI charge.

Deputy Brandon Arnold arrested Jacob Bross, 20, of North Hollywood, Calif., on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Trooper Chris Delgado arrested Travis Gossett, 43, of Mullin, on a charge of DWI third.

Early officer Brandon McMillan arrested Janet Martinez, 18, of Early, on a charge of theft over $50 under $500.

Trooper Martin Molotsky arrested Morgan Riley, 20, of Brownwood, on charges of possession of marijuana under 2 ounces, public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputy Byron Langley arrested Norman Soward, 36, of Brownwood, on a charge of assault/causing bodily injury/family violence.

Also arrested between 8 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Monday on warrants or indictments, according to Brown County Jail records, were:

Alex Gil Jr., 21, of Brownwood, driving with an invalid license.

Jacqueline Sessions, 45, of Brownwood, possession of a controlled substance.

Jacob Wilder, 20, of Brownwood, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear.
