GLEN ROSE — The Blanket Tigers golf team finished second to Class 4A Stephenville at the Glen Rose tournament at Squaw Valley Golf Course earlier this week.

The Tigers finished with a 352 composite score, just 13 strokes back of Stephenville (339) and six shots ahead of third-place Iredell (358).

Luke Kinkade fired one of the low rounds of the day with a 71, but placed second after dropping a three-hole playoff to Glen Rose’s Zac Banz.

Blake Hood chipped in an 87 for Blanket followed by the 94 of Trenten Varner, the 100 of Josh Schwab and the 102 of Mark Lopez.
