Brisket sale benefitting Lions baseball on Saturday
A brisket sale benefitting the Brownwood Lions baseball program will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 1 at Bruner Chevrolet on Commerce St.
Sandwich plates or individual briskets will be available and donations will be accepted. Brownwood Lions jackets will also be available for purchase. All proceeds will go directly to the Brownwood Lion baseball program.
Early Youth Basketball registration until Dec. 15
Registration for Early Youth Basketball is under way. Forms are available at Willieís Tís and at the Early Primary, Elementary, and Middle school offices.
Boys and girls in grades 1-6 are eligible to play. The cost is $30 per child, and $20 for each additional immediate family member. The deadline to register without a late fee is Dec. 15.

Little Lions basketball registration continues
Registration for the Little Lions basketball program is still taking place.
Forms can be picked up at The Taylor Clinic on 205 Center Ave. during normal business hours.
The cost to enter the program is $15, which includes a t-shirt.
Tuesday night tennis at Brownwood High School
Beginning Tuesday, Nov. 27 the tennis courts will be open from 6 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday nights for experienced doubles players.
There is no cost to take part in the matches, but this is not an instructional session, so experience will be required.

Coaches encouraged to report results
Local high school coaches and/or statisticians are encouraged to report the results of their teamís game or match to the Bulletin the day of the contest.
The deadline to report information Sunday through Friday is 10:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on Saturdays.
