BROWNWOOD: Water stained; 72 degrees; 0.34 low. Black bass to 5 pounds are excellent on flukes, buzzbaits, spinnerbaits, and GrandeBass 4" Finesse worms on giggyhead jigs near docks, and on spring craw Persuader crankbaits along the main lake shoreline in 8-12 feet. Hybrid striper are fair trolling white/chartreuse striper jigs. White bass are excellent on Lil Fishies and minnows off lighted docks. Crappie are good on Lil Fishies in 2-10 feet. Channel catfish are good on live bait. Yellow catfish are good on live bait.
COLEMAN: Water fairly clear; 74-77 degrees; 1.18 low. Black bass are good on watermelon red soft plastic lizards, crankbaits, and electric blue worms. Hybrid striper are slow. Crappie are slow. Channel and blue catfish are fair on live bait. Yellow catfish are slow.
PROCTOR: Water lightly stained; 73-78 degrees; 0.46 high. Black bass to 4 pounds are excellent on minnows, soft plastics, crankbaits, and spinnerbaits. Striped bass are good on chartreuse striper jigs and minnows. White bass are good on minnows and shad colored crankbaits. Crappie are excellent on minnows. Channel and blue catfish are excellent on shad. Yellow catfish are fair on trotlines baited with live bait.
