The White Sox rolled to a 20-8 victory over the Clyde Black Sox Tuesday after opening the tournament with a 12-5 win over the Athens Rangers on Monday.

In Tuesday’s win, Patrick Espinoza was 5-for-5 with three RBIs, while Graylon Brown added three hits and two RBIs and Mitch Stephens finished with two hits and three RBIs.

Rey Arriaga was also 3-for-3 with an RBI, while Dylan Burleson, Tyler Edwards, Stacen Torres and Cade Johnson tallied two hits each and combined for four RBIs.

In Monday’s win, the White Sox received three RBIs and two hits apiece from Brown and Torres. Burleson drove in a pair of runs with a double, while Johnson went 4-for-4 at the plate and Arriaga added a 2-for-4 effort.

The White Sox face the Mildred Reds today.

The District 3 champ Brownwood Rangers received a first-round bye and at last report led the Athens Braves, 10-2, in the sixth inning of their tournament opener Tuesday night.
