Charles Allen Allgood 68, of Mineola, Texas, formerly of Brownwood, passed away on September 24, 2022, after a brief illness.

Charles was born on October 25, 1953, to Charles and Virginia Allgood.  He graduated from Brownwood High School in 1972.  He was an electrician in Brownwood for many years, worked for ICI Paints and Behr Paint Company from which he retired in 2020.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Kathy (Lee) Allgood, his daughter and her husband, Amy and Derrick Goode, his son and his wife, Billy and Christi Allgood, and his sister Crena (Allgood) Mirahmadi-Zoghi .  He had 7 grandchildren that were his pride and joy, granddaughters Maddyson Allgood, Laney Allgood, Ava Allgood, Montana Wiley and grandsons, Derrick Goode, Jr., Logan Goode, and Canyon Wiley, and a number of nieces and nephews.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Virginia Allgood and his brother Johnny Allgood.
