SIPE SPRINGS — Graveside services for Jack Millwee, 77, of Sipe Springs will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 16, at Sipe Springs Cemetery with Dwayne Clower officiating. Nowlin Funeral Home of De Leon is in charge of arrangements.
He died Thursday, Dec. 13, 2007, at Comanche County Medical Center.
He was borh Sept. 15, 1930, in Gorman to Edd E. and Bet Barton Millwee. He was married to Elayne Cotter on July 11, 1964, in Pioneer. He was a farmer/rancher and a roughneck in the oil field business. He had lived in Sipe Springs all of his life and was a Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Elayne Millwee of Sipe Springs; two sons, Edward Millwee of Sipe Springs and Billy Jack Millwee of Lake Brownwood; a daughter, Margaret Estrada of Comanche; two sisters, Helen Mae Burton of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Bonnie Campbell of Abilene; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Kenneth Paul Millwee; and a sister, Bobbie Jo Bass.
