STEPHENVILLE — Stephenville’s Bruner Motors Co, Inc. has announced its ribbon cutting for the new Bruner Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram store located at 750 East Road and intersection of the South Loop at 281. The ribbon cutting from 11 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday. The public is invited to this event, which kicks off a grand opening Sale through Wednesday, Oct. 31.
The dealership, a part of Bruner Auto Family, has recently undergone an extensive state of the art renovation. The result is an improved customer experience with new service writer’s entrance, a new customer lounge with coffee bar and flat screen televisions, new vehicle showroom, and a new parts accessory showroom, complemented with new furnishings throughout the store.
The technology upgrades are evident from the front door to the service areas. In addition, the ribbon cutting gives Bruner customers an opportunity to experience this new look and feel of the dealership as they also get the first looks at the newly redesigned 2013 Ram Truck.
Customers are invited back to the Dodge store for free hamburgers from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday and for free hot dogs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. While having a free lunch, customers can register to win door prizes such as a $500 gas card, autographed Texas Rangers baseballs, car wash packages, and more.
Company founder Dwain Bruner said, “We are really excited about the new look of our Dodge store, but even more importantly, we are pleased that our customers are going to have a much more comfortable environment both in the service lounge and on the sales floor. Our customers are the best folks anywhere, and we always want to put them first.”
According to Bruner president Greg Bruner, the company has been associated with Chrysler for 29 years. Bruner is a past recipient of the prestigious Chrysler Five Star Award and was recently awarded the 2011 Pentastar Award. The Pentastar Award recognizes the top performing dealerships nationwide in the areas of customer satisfaction and sales market performance. Bruner is also a Business Link designated dealership which certifies the store for commercial customers from sales to service.
The company now has both Chrysler and GM dealerships in Stephenville and Toyota and GM dealerships in Brownwood. A pre-owned auto facility is located in Glen Rose, in addition to The Car Wash at Bruner’s in Stephenville.
New facilities are also under construction for both dealerships in Brownwood, slated to open in the spring. Work will begin soon on the remodel of the Stephenville GM store, offering customers a much improved customer experience, a Cadillac sales area, and an expanded showroom.
The Bruner organization has recently rebranded its entire company under the Bruner Auto Family brand with a new tag line, “Your Family Since 1928,” highlighting the 84 years of Bruner family involvement in the car business.
