LAMPASAS — Hugo Yebra scored the game-winning goal with 10 minutes left as the Brownwood Lions remained undefeated in District 34-4A soccer action with a 3-2 victory at Lampasas Friday night.

The Lions (13-2-2, 7-0) gave up a goal 45 seconds into the game, but Dylan Person answered with 20 minutes left in the half. Brownwood surged ahead, 2-1, with 45 seconds left before halftime on a goal by Brady Hall, but Lampasas scored just 20 seconds later to knot the score at 2 heading into intermission.

LAMPASAS — The Brownwood Lady Lions’ 11-game win streak was snapped as they suffered their first District 34-4A loss, 3-1, to Lampasas Friday night.

Alex Bernal tallied the only goal for the Lady Lions (11-5-1, 6-1) after Lampasas jumped out to a 2-0 advantage.

Brownwood will visit Robinson on Friday.
